Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
For account holders: name, email address, password hash, timezone, the date you accepted these terms and the invite code you activated with. For projects: their drops, artwork and message copy. For contacts, the people who sign up to a drop: the email address or phone number they choose, their approximate location (country, region and city) derived from their phone number or IP address, the drops they signed up to, and the time and IP address of each signup as the record of their consent.
2. Who decides what is sent
The artist or brand behind a drop page decides what to send to the contacts who signed up. We store and deliver those messages on their behalf. A contact who signs up with more than one artist is recognised as the same person, so a verified number or email carries over. Each artist only sees the contacts who signed up to their own projects.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, to deliver the messages artists schedule to the contacts who opted in, to prove that consent was given, and to show artists where their audience is. We do not sell personal data.
4. Who processes it
Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages are delivered through third-party providers acting on our behalf. Data is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. We use a cookie to keep you logged in, and no tracking or advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account is open and deleted when it is closed. Signup and consent records are kept while the artist's list exists, and for as long as they are needed to prove consent was given.
6. Your choices
Contacts can leave a single drop, or an artist's whole list, from any message we send, including by replying STOP. Account holders can edit or delete their account from account settings. Contact us to exercise any other right you have under applicable law.
