Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026.

1. The service

drooops lets artists and brands publish drop pages for a show, a presale, a merch line or a release. People sign up with WhatsApp or email, and drooops messages them on your behalf: a confirmation when they sign up, reminders before the drop, and a message the moment it goes live.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything that happens under your login. During the closed beta an account must be activated with an invite code before it can use the dashboard.

3. Projects and teams

A project is the workspace for an artist or brand. It holds the drops and the contact list, and every member of a project can see both. Each project has one owner, who is responsible for the project and for every message sent from it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload, such as titles, artwork and message copy. You give us permission to host it, show it on your drop pages and include it in your messages. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

5. Your contacts and their consent

You may only message people who signed up through your drop pages or otherwise gave you permission. Every signup is recorded with its time and IP address. Contacts can leave a single drop or your whole list at any time, and we stop sending to them automatically. You must honour every opt-out, STOP reply and unsubscribe request, and follow the marketing and messaging rules in the countries your contacts live in.

6. Messaging

Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages are delivered through third-party providers, and their policies apply to what you send. We send at the moments you schedule, but we cannot guarantee that a carrier, inbox or WhatsApp will deliver every message on time.

7. Acceptable use

No spam, no unlawful content, no impersonation, no scraping, and no attempts to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other users at risk.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will point to the current version from this page. You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.
